A procurement atelier for interiors and construction

Both directions: goods leaving Vietnam and goods coming in. One contract, one accountable party, all the way to material landed on site.

Industries

Interiors and construction only

No garments, no handicrafts, no agriculture, no packaging. A procurement atelier is useful because it is narrow, not because it is broad.

01

Finishing materials

Tile, stone, flooring, cladding, glass, paint, ceilings

02

Contract furniture

Office, hospitality, F&B, outdoor, modular meeting rooms

03

MEP & technical equipment

Lighting, HVAC, electrical, fire safety, control systems

04

Specialist equipment & hardware

Commercial kitchen, sanitaryware, hardware, installation accessories

Services

Take the whole package, or any single part. If something is outside what we do well, we say so in the first call.

  1. Import of record

We sign the contract and settle payment abroad. You receive the goods, not the paperwork.

  2. Global sourcing

We find and vet factories in China, Europe, Korea, Japan and Taiwan for project materials and equipment.

  3. End-to-end procurement

From sourcing to material landed on site. One contract, one accountable party.

  4. Quality control

Inspection at the factory before the container is sealed. Wrong batch, wrong shade, wrong size — caught before it ships.

  5. Logistics & customs

Freight, HS classification, clearance, and delivery timed to the site programme.

Why PETEK

We are the contracting party, and we settle the payment

Most firms in this trade sit in the broker's seat: they find the source, take a spread, and leave transaction risk with you. PETEK signs the import contract under its own entity and pays the factory.

Process

Six steps, each with a checkpoint

Every step has a defined output and one person accountable for it — not a department.

  1. Brief

Send drawings, specs, or just a photo of the sample. We call back within 24 hours to confirm scope.

  2. Source and vet

At least three factories per line item. We check licences, capacity, and past shipments.

  3. Landed-cost quotation

Price to site, freight, duty and clearance included. No line appearing at the end.

  4. Order and sample approval

We sign, place the deposit, and send a sample for approval before mass production.

  5. Pre-shipment inspection

Photos and QC report within 48 hours. If it fails, it does not leave the factory.

  6. Clearance and phased delivery

Delivered in waves matched to the site programme, not dumped in one load.

Delivery

Phased to the site programme

Not dumped in one load that takes over the contractor's floor. Material arrives in waves matched to the programme, staged where it is needed, signed for on arrival.

Brand in the group

Terra Nova — A PETEK company

An endorsed trading brand for luxury hospitality. Terra Nova holds the supplier library and the contract furniture catalogue — when an order calls for something already in it, we draw on that instead of starting the search again.

Send drawings, specs, or just a photo of the sample

We reply within one business day. No published price list, because every order differs — but you get a landed-cost quotation with freight, duty and clearance already in it.
