Real capacity
Line capacity, equipment, and shipments already delivered to buyers in your segment. A catalogue is not evidence.
Samples and tolerance
Sample approved before mass production, with agreed thresholds for shade and dimensional variance written down.
Commercial terms
Incoterms, payment schedule, and who carries the cost when goods fail. Settled in writing before any deposit moves.
