Who is responsible

PETEK ATELIER Joint Stock Company, tax ID 0318926032, 37 Dong Khoi, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We act as the data controller for information submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we receive: name, company, phone number, email address, product category, trade direction and your description of the requirement. Nothing outside that list.

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined by Vietnamese law, and we do not ask for it. Please do not include identity document numbers, bank details or health information in the requirement field.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and to communicate while an order is running. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the enquiry form. Consent is not bundled into anything else and can be withdrawn.

Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is passed to a supplier or a freight forwarder only where that is necessary to carry out your own order, and only the minimum needed to do so. Where that involves a party outside Vietnam, we transfer only what the order requires.

How long we keep it

Contact details stay in our customer records until you ask us to delete them, or until three years after the last contact, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection (No. 91/2025/QH15, in force 1 January 2026) you may ask to know what we hold, to see it, to correct it, to withdraw consent, and to have it deleted. Send the request through the contact page and we will act on it within 72 hours as the law requires, or tell you why we cannot.

Analytics and cookies

Measurement through Google Analytics 4 is prepared for this site but is not switched on yet. While it is off, this site sets no analytics cookies and no tracking identifiers. When we do switch it on, this page will be updated first, stating what is recorded and how to opt out, and a consent notice will appear before any analytics cookie is set.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with a content security policy in place. The enquiry form does not store data on this website: it opens WhatsApp or Zalo with your text ready to send, so the message goes directly from your own account to ours.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top and describe what changed.
