Industries
Four categories, nothing outside them
No garments, no handicrafts, no agriculture, no packaging. A procurement atelier is useful because it is narrow, not because it is broad. Narrow means knowing which factory can actually do it, where the work usually goes wrong, and what the real price is.
Finishing materials
Tile, stone, flooring, cladding, glass, paint, ceilings
Contract furniture
Office, hospitality, F&B, outdoor, modular meeting rooms
MEP & technical equipment
Lighting, HVAC, electrical, fire safety, control systems
Specialist equipment & hardware
Commercial kitchen, sanitaryware, hardware, installation accessories
Why narrow
These four arrive at the same site
Finishing materials, contract furniture, MEP equipment and installation hardware all land on one floor against one programme. Held by one party, the waves line up. Split across four suppliers, the waiting is what costs you.
Both directions
Goods leaving Vietnam and goods coming in, run by the same team.
Sourcing from Vietnam
We find and vet Vietnamese factories, inspect before the container is sealed, and manage the order to your port. Most work in this direction is contract furniture and finishing materials.
Importing into Vietnam
Sources in China, Europe, Korea, Japan and Taiwan for line items the local market cannot meet on spec. PETEK signs the import contract under its own entity and settles payment with the factory.
Does your package sit inside these four?
Send drawings, a bill of quantities, or just a photo of the sample. If it is outside our scope we say so straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
